Status: Heading to Permits

This project is a straightforward, highly functional detached garage designed for a local family here in Prescott Valley. The Lindsay Garage features a spacious 30x40 detached garage paired with a 12x40 covered patio running along the side, balancing heavy-duty storage with comfortable, shaded outdoor space.

The project will be going in for permit review soon. For now, this raw 3D model shows how we blocked out the initial proportions and structure. I'll be updating this page with the 24x36 presentation plans and floor layouts as we move closer to breaking ground.
